Speaking of Montell Jordon, I find that his one and only hit song "This Is How We Do It" randomly pops into my head even to this day. My girlfriend thinks I'm nuts when we're just watching television and I just say "So I reach for my 40 and I turn it up, Designated driver take the keys to my truck.... I'm kinda buzzed and its all because" and then I point to her like she's supposed to finish the line. |

I'm gonna have to disagree about the theme to the sitcom, but seeing as how I remember when people actually wore painter caps for reasons of style, I will concede that you just don't know what you're talking about...

why is it i have to watch the (I mean a) Daily Show to find out that Bush increased the annual financial package we send to Israel to 30 billion dollars?
Why do we send Mexico and Israel so much money anyway?
'Cause we have sooo much money to give, right?

On to more important matters:
There is no excuse for not watching Stewart and Colbert, they will air tonight's shows quite a bit tomorrow (new episodes Monday thru Thursday)...it's not like there is anything else to watch
i still consider myself more informed than the average person.
Points on tonight's Cobert: Let's start with his talking about the invisible hispanics>>>when he suggested hiring people to stand above the border fence and shake talc...I choked on my drink!
And when he saw Lincoln's hat and said "If you ever see me wearing this, shoot me." The look on the curator's face from smiling nod to "wait a minute..."HA! (That's a Chris Matthews laugh BTW)
I should watch these in the morning so I start my day off right.

Just watched the "Make me a Supermodel" show on Bravo---even the soundtrack was annoying.
I would rather watch a show where Springhill's big girls walk around in bikinis at all times. Srsly.
On the bright side, new episodes of Psych will be back on USA tomorrow night (that would be Fridays 10 p.m. Direct TV users channel 242)
'Tis a lovely show and since we live in Franklin County, I'm willing to bet most of ya'll, much like me, don't have anything better to do.
Matter of fact there appears to be a mini-marathon beginning at 6 am.
Oh and when Tim Curry plays a b!tchy American Idol style judge in one of the episodes...heeheeheehee
And make sure you catch the closing credits because typically they goof off---if you're lucky you'll get to see the cast sing 80's songs
And their theme song is catchy.
Or just watch clips of their shows online

I'll have you know that on the first of each month I receive a direct deposit from Veteran's Affairs...kind of a "We're sorry we effed you up" gesture that I will receive for the rest of my life. Provided I don't get caught for a felony or stuff like that.
What's that you say?
How much does effing up go for?
Well, now, let's see...injury plus medical incompetence plus difficulty with certain minor functions (like walking)=$238 or so
(I say "or so" because the last one was $170 because the VA charges me for certain medications and apparently my private health insurance isn't good enough for them)
As you can see, Coppy dear, I have no need for working, I'm freakin' rich.

Sorry, nothing interesting there.
Joined the Army because it was something I always wanted to do.
(Yeah, my mom's a snob, but she could still kick your ***!)
Never deployed.

Quit a nice little county job as a child support enforcement agent because I didn't want to become jaded. (If only I knew...)

I'd love to comment on the show, but I haven't seen it.
I don't know that I would call $170/month 'set.' I was enjoying the Vocational Rehabilitation (read: tuition), but I got a little sick.
So, I have some tuition to pay now before I can get back into it. (I'm really hoping they don't make me go thru the testing again) 
The individual employees of the V.A. are mostly very nice, but I hate the entity, itself.
Shockingly, I feel fufilled when I'm contributing, so, uh, if you know anyone hiring for a position that has flex-scheduling and could utilize soft skills in electronics, specifically switching and radio operations OR needs someone with excellent communication skills OR um, do whatever.
(did that seem desperate?)
