ok...um, quick question....what kind of "things" do you need your software to do...it's hard to help you when you aren't terribly specific since there are a zillion (haha-j/k) options out there. basically, what are you looking to do? then decide on your software needs.
i'd first off the bat recommend buying 'home based business for dummies' book. interesting start up tidbits. you won't want to be jumping into anything without considering all the variables. |

where i worked last, we had to monitor forum/blogging sites and spam was abound and hard to stop.
