What is Obama's solution?

Blame whitey? Increase the amount of government handouts?

Did I miss it when Obama talked about out of wedlock births?

Black fathers dumping their families?

Black kids dropping out of school?

Or is it only informed people like Bill Cosby telling the truth as to the root causes of problems facing blacks?
