How President Bush united all of us these past 8 years? Not just at home, but abroad?

Pres Bush has reached out many times to the Dems, and each time the Dems spit in his face
Dems have compared him to Hitler, called him a murderer, mentallty unbalanced, need I go on?
How do you "unite" with people who say that about you?
As as overseas, have you seen the change in Farnce and Germany? Now their leaders are friends who respect America. Unlike thse on the left, they see Amercia as a good country and a great place to live |

"A defense mechanism in which the individual attributes to other people impulses and traits that he himself has but cannot accept. It is especially likely to occur when the person lacks insight into his own impulses and traits."
Also: "An individual who possesses malicious characteristics, but who is unwilling to perceive himself as an antagonist, convinces himself that his opponent feels and would act the same way."
