Last night I ate a Butter Burger at a place called Culvers and I have to say it was so good that I felt sick after eating it if that makes sense.

I know the feeling, but I gotta say that just the name of that thing has my stomach doing flip flops, I don't know if I would have the courage to try one!

I've made burgers before with a little bit of butter inside them before grilling. They're nauseatingly delicious.

Coppy is that Philly Cheese Steak shop still in Mechanicsburg by the Rite Aid near Hampden 8? Here is the link for Culvers http://www.culvers.com/menu/menu.aspx

South Philly Steaks and Hoagies is going strong, now with two locations; the one near Rite Aid and one in Camp Hill. A third opened closer to the Wal-Mart on the Pike, but I ate there a few weeks ago and was disappointed (not very authentic).

Speaking of which, I was lucky enough to be in Philadelphia this weekend to catch last night's ballgame and stopped at the original Tony Luke's for an authentic cheesesteak... yeah, doesn't get much better than that.

Last time I was at Tony Luke's around 97-98 we were in line and four people ahead of me was Jeff Lurie waiting to order. I cant believe that he could not hire someone to go get his food for him.

Waiting on line is part of the experience, especially if you're a true Philadelphian; although TL's has remodeled into more of a sit-down bar/restaurant with LCD's all over and inattentive waitresses.

Same great steaks though. Tony was walking around shaking hands; I wouldn't have even known who he was if I didn't see him on Food Network in a cheesesteak cookoff with Bobby Flay.
