does anyone know what they did on rt 11 N between Greenvillage and Shippensburg. They were working for a few weeks to add 10-20 4x8 ft or so "bumps". what was the point? just curious. thanks

They are going to resurface rt 11 between Greenvillage and Ship, so I suppose they are trying to fix the areas in the road that are trouble spots before they resurface it. All the places that they dug up and filled in, were areas that had raised up (not sure from what) over the years.
