I would make a terrible member of the Voltron force.

I am not terribly selfish, but you would have to be careless to be a member of the Voltron force. I mean seriously, if you get a group of five people together to pick a movie to see, it takes some time.
Now imagine there is a giant monster trying to blow the castle where Sven is trying to recover. You and the other four members of the Voltron force have got to coordinate an attack plan. When your genius leader realizes its time to form Voltron.
This is where things get nutty to me. Now you have to coordinate building that Ultraman wanna be. Ok, fine after a few dozen battles you would get it down just fine. This is where my biggest problem comes in. If you are not the leader, you get to ride around in an extremity of a giant space robot. "Dear Mom, the team is great. We killed a giant space Mandrill yesterday. Yeah the news was right I am Voltron's leg!"
All the above is only relevant to the Lion model. Just forget that there was a Voltron made of cars, planes, and boats. You would not even get to be a leg, you get to be an ankle or a hand. I don't think they should ever have been able to get that thing built.
Meanwhile Ultraman is out there kicking butt.

ok...so i can TOTALLY relate to this. weirdly enough!!!

ok...so in warcraft (hehe..nerd alert!!! nerd alert!!!) in the battlegrounds its usually utter chaos because NO ONE works together and teamwork is supremely key.

so, i am (obviously) in a guild (a group of people working for 'the cause' heh) and when we do guild battlegrounds we slaughter. WHY? you may ask....because we work very well together and we are a well oiled machine. we communicate constantly, work towards the same goals (arathi basin? defense ppl! hahaha!) and support each other in our battles.

i'm the healer. so i'd be equivalent to voltron's butt.....always getting kicked around. hehe....

You might be a candidate for Voltron force, but would you be willing to let some other yahoo drive you around in the space robot while you sit in the arm waiting for him to figure out to just use the freaking Blazing Sword?

I remember watching Ultraman as a kid.

He was cool, but not as cool as my Stretch Armstrong.
