"I believe that either today or tomorrow -- -- Sen. Obama will be landing in Iraq with some other senators" John McCain
No matter who you support this isn't cool. How could the "security" candidate NOT know you don't advertise the itinerary of someone visiting Iraq. When Bush or McCain go to Iraq no one knows about it until they are on their way home. To have McCain and Faux News reporting today or tomorrow someone will be landing in Iraq is highly irresponsible and either very stupid or very evil.

To state my personal observances, McCain, very well, may have said that but, I read the same thing, with more details from an article on Yahoo! headlines no later then Thursday of last week. SO, "security" I don't believe is really something that was violated here since it was, indeed, nationally advertised. _________________ You can lead a fish out of water...but you can't make him breathe. |

Perhaps a touch of both.
He should know that these schedules are not publicized. |

| His plans to visit the country are sensetive, but wouldn't be classified. Things like exact times of arrival, and departure, airports, and airliners used are the kinds of info kept from public knowledge. Although, advertising his trip was not the brightest idea, it's all for publicity anyway. And why only have his visit in the news for a couple days while he's there when you can have double the time talking about his plans to go. |
