They were a great local Country Rock band from the late 70'searly 80's.
I'm looking for a recording they made of some of their own songs. Tks. |

I never actually saw them, but my buddy's brother was one of the guitar players...
No doubt - they were an excellent band - great original songs, good singers and performers.
I have the recording you are talking about - although the DVD backup disc it is stored on is failing me at the moment. I think I have another backup copy somewhere - so stay tuned - I will try to dig it up.
The source of the recording is not the best - made from a cassette copy of the album.
If you know any of the band members - ask them - I gave a couple out a few years ago - I know at least one band member got a copy...
The album is nice little snapshot of local rock and roll history... _________________ Do everything that's in you, you feel to be your part... |

Thanks. Great Avitar you have there. Actually two members from the band got a CD that was recorded from one of the original tapes. The tape had some bad spots on it even though the guy who burned it to CD cleaned it up as well as could be. "thanks Ed B from Mercersburg". I was looking for a tape that sounded better so I could try again with another transfer to CD. Thanks for looking for your DVD back up. I apprieciate that. Think I'll go dig out The Monkey and the Engineer. btw, that buddy of yours might be my brother. Thanks again. |
