I am currently at week 5 layoff from Foremost Ind. and have been searching for a job ever since. Everyone I turned too wasn't hiring, or I wasn't right for the job. Some of the jobs I wanted you have to have a bachelors degree in college, which I am just a high school graduate. I've worked for Foremost for 4 years. Where should I turn? I thought about going to college, like nothing big. I just hate getting laid off and would like to make a little more money than 20k a year. Any ideas?

It's ok here; have you considered moving out of the area? It may be the fresh start you're looking for.

have you tried those hiring places (like aerotek, etc)? maybe they can help out...at least get you some temporary placement.
