Oh boo freakin Hoo!!!
And now I will call someone a liar because that area ain't now and aint never gonna be a 7-7 box because I have said time after time, it ain't in Co 7's first due.
If someone told you it was, then THEY ARE WRONG !!!!!!
Walker Road runs LWE across I-81 and ends at Ragged Edge Road. It's a Co 1 Box from LWE past the Probation office, where it turns into a Sta 4 box. It's a station 4 box from there to the intersection of Mower Road and THAT is where it turns into a Co 7 Box and that is a good distance from where you're talking. That area of Co 7's first due is a WHOLE LOT closer to Co 7's station than Co 1 and Sta 4.
You can call me condesending or any other name ya want, I could give a fat hairy rats butt what you think!!!! _________________ Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and like it, never really care for anything else thereafter. |

"THAT SMALL AREA TO WHICH WE SPOKE IS INDEED A 7 (meaning Company 7) -7 (meaning farther away) BOX! That doesn't mean it has to be in Greene Township. (Idiot) "
Oh yes it does Ms Know nothing. All of Co 7's first due is either in Greene or Guilford twp!!!!!
Now don't go away mad, just go away !! _________________ Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and like it, never really care for anything else thereafter. |

St. Paul Rd. is a 7-7 box.
Caledonia State Park (which is in Adam's County & Franklin County) is a 7-6 box.
We go as far north on I-81 as MM-24 and as far south as MM-16. The closest we get to Norland Ave. in our first due is the Woodstock/Walker intersection. _________________ On The Scene Blog: http://blogs.publicopiniononline.com/onthescene/

Yep Brian, St Paul Road is in the Luthern Social Services Complex which is off Black Gap Road just south of the Chambersburg Mall and is a 7-7 Box and in Greene Twp. BUT is no where near Norland Ave or the topic of this problem.
I think the street that is in question is St Paul Drive which is off Norland Ave and is a 1-01 Box and in the Boro of Chbg. _________________ Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and like it, never really care for anything else thereafter. |

| Your are correct, 911 has to send the emergency apparatus as per a box card which is prepared by the Fire Chiefs and have to be signed by the local municipalities, such as the township people. Fire and EMS politics are playing with the public's safety. This is happening everywhere, and if your local supervisors don't wont to stop it, you must move forward to your State Senator or contact your insurance company. One day, a local township and a fire department will get sued over this matter. As a former 911 dispatcher, I know how it operates. Neighboring fire chiefs make compalints all the time to the supervisors or to the 911 center, and its just covered up. You are one of the few public people that has figured this out, 90% of the common public is unaware of what is going on. You need to push the issue, mileage and time is a factor in a fire and EMS emergency. |
