I dunno. I saw it in the theater. It wasn't really a scary movie, but the sound effects were definitely unsettling.[/quote]
i saw it at home... alone.... at night.... and didn't much care for it. I got to the ending and was like, "meh" _________________ "Nothing is more precious to me than the smile of a child"- Joseph Stalin |

Iron Man: Thumbs up. I enjoyed this.
Preview thoughts: The Spirit...could be good, Hulk....I am fearful, Prince Caspian...looks darker and has Aslan on the move , I don't remember any other previews.
I ate potstickers and fear I was noisy during the previews. _________________ The Anti-Life Equation= Loneliness + Alienation + Fear + Despair + Self-worth / Mockery / Condemnation / Misunderstanding x Guiltx Shame x Failure x Judgment; N=Y Where Y=Hope and N=Folly, Love = Lies, Life = Death, Self = Dark Side |

Oh please I would suck on Harrison Ford any day of the week! Even with the Calista Flockhart mildew he has now been covered with. _________________ I demand euphoria! |

Did not make it to Ironman yet, I was a big Ultraman fan as a kid. Is this kinda like Ultraman? _________________ I am having brain surgery on 09/26/08 please read my blog to help ease my mind.

no.
Ultraman had the power of a million volts, as his theme song lyrics tell us, and was infact a super-cool giant kaiju (of which I have an alarm clock that wakes me up by shouting at me in Chinese)
Ironman has a nuclear reactor in his chest that gives him several giga---some units of power and is smaller marvel superhero.
although his actions in the Civil War made me hate him. he was on the wrong side. what a douche
man who turns into a gian robot? v. man in mech suit _________________ "Nothing is more precious to me than the smile of a child"- Joseph Stalin |

it was a Marvel comics event where the govt. wanted to register people w/ super powers as assets of the U.S. Iron Man- a guy w/o superpowers and Mr. Fantastic were for registration and all the cool super heros were against it....
not the civil war _________________ "Nothing is more precious to me than the smile of a child"- Joseph Stalin |

Ohhhh, okay.
It wasn't like he was Johnny Rebel or anything.
It makes me sad that Ironman was all registration happy.
Even if he didn't have anything to lose. And he's a capitalist pig.
I like Ironman.
sigh

On the subject of Iron Man...why wouldn't he register? It's not like he's secretive about who he is. Also, how can you dislike an alchoholic, capitalistic, womanizing, arrogant SOB? I mean, he's like the real all american hero.
On the subject of Essentials.
