Around 9:30 this morning...I need a cup of coffee, McDonalds is the cheapest. I test the drive up line - but the one vehicle there is a woman with what appears to be a list of orders. So I say "no way" to waiting for a cup coffee while they fill this list.
So - I opt to park and go in...
The restaurant is less than 1/2 full - there are people in both lines.
Some kind of mistake has occurred at the first register...nothing seems to be happening at the other register.
I stood there for 6-7 minutes...they took one order on the other register.
They seem to resolve the mistake on the first register - but then (I think) give the people the wrong change. Still not moving there.
The fellow in line ahead of me(who obviously was there when I came in) - gives up and leaves...
I stand there for another minute or two - still no orders taken...
So - I take a clue from the other guy - I'm outta here!

How can they be so slow at this place? Always sub par to other area McDonalds.
They should put that black lady who works the drive-up in the mornings in charge of the whole place. She is always friendly and courteous - clearly an asset to the business. At least give her a raise!!!
One other gripe about this place is the TV right next to the register...it's always way too loud. I've noticed more than once, customers being asked to repeat their order because it cant be heard over the loud TV...

Don't eat at Mc Dees and now I know why. Did you go and get a cup of coffee else where??
And to drive thrus...why can't people with different orders walk in??

I dont eat the food! 
I just skipped the coffee (acutally I already had half a cup left from earlier!)
This morning was no better...3 cars in the parking lot. 1 ahead of me in drive thru.
Girl ordered an Ice Coffee and hash browns...they screwed up the coffee and had to take it back for a do over, then McShe said it would be about 2 mintutes for the hashbrowns...which seemed more like 5. I get to the window - By now - you'd think - they would have my cup ready and waiting...nope just starting that task.
Although - the black fellow working the window is very polite and courteous.
the whole thing is - I need a new coffee maker!!!!
