FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA - Authorities are looking into a shooting in Guilford Township this morning. Police said the shooting took place just after 7 a.m.

Officials are not confirming any other details, but stay tuned to NBC25 and your4state.com for more updates.

That's barely what I'd call "reported." There's absolutely no information whatsoever...

I'd rather wait for the real story.

At least it got reported from Hagerstown. Haven't seen anything about it on this local 'news' site.

On PO's front page:


CHAMBERSBURG -- Friday, July 11, 2008 -- Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, responded to a reported shooting around 7 a.m. today in Guilford Township.

Robert Baumgartner, 52, Chambersburg, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Archer Drive at Guilford Springs Road south of Chambersburg, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg.


I don't see any update on this story at all on "Your4State."
