Ooooooooooooooooooo!

Welcome to the club cookie! What are you listening to?

I personally can't live without "This American Life." I never miss it; it's absolutely necessary for me to get through my week. And since it's so hard to catch on the weekend, the podcast lets me listen whenever.

There's a catch; each show is only available for free the week it airs... then it's 99 cents. Not a big deal, I've paid before (and I donate separately to TAL in addition to my yearly NPR contribution) but it's good to know.

I also like a million other NPR podcasts, like 'Fresh Air', 'Car Talk' and 'Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me'... in addition to 'This Week In Tech,' 'Diggnation' and 'Coverville'. I need a new comedy podcast since 'Keith and the Girl' and 'Nobody Likes Onions' got on my nerves.

a few months ago i attempted to try it by subscribing to the They Might Be Giants podcast....

then yesterday i delved deeper...

got the new yorker out loud
project lore (love those warcraft guys....)
blizzcast (i know, i know)
modern museum of art and their lecture series (yummy)
this week in photography
npr books
npr: fresh air, story of the day, science friday, poetry on a shelf...etc etc

a few more video podcasts on photoshop, illustrator, design, web (must live up to my nerd standards)

now i have a lovely commute with so much to listen to.

i think i'll check out 'this american life' too....

my iPod's been busy! LOL...my time at the Y will be more fruitful than bouncing around trying to read ( /motionsick)
