Urban Word of the Day

January 01, 2008: new year's

A holiday that celebrates the idea of all the good things that will happen in another year. Most people use this time to get drunk.

What better way to start off a new year than with a head-splitting hangover, the stench of vomit on your clothes, and a DWI.

So, was your post signature really deleted because of offensive content, or is that just a tongue-in-cheek sort of thing you did there?

The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. To "plead the Fifth" is a refusal to answer a question because the response could form self incriminating evidence.
