From what we understand, CV Christian let its teams decide whether or not they wanted to continue with the MDCC playoffs this week. After the tragedy last week, it would have understandable if the kids had decided not to. But they decided to go ahead and play. We think that's a good decision -- it'll give them something else to focus on, at least for a little while.
The school has suggested its fans wear red to the games Tuesday -- the soccer team plays at 4 p.m. at Rosenbaum's Nursery off Sycamore Grove Road and the volleyball team plays at the school gym in the evening (time TBA). It would probably help the teams if they got some additional community support, too. |

| The volleyball match has been set for 2:30 on Tuesday, not in the evening. |

| Good reasons stated in support of the team for going ahead and playing. Also, I suspect it is what Tim and Ethan would want the team to do. |
