I'm looking for someone who is up to date with their skills and is not fresh out of school, but isn't into wet sets either.

Wet sets?

Is that some kind of euphemism?

Class Act II Salon and Spa on Wayne Avenue, near Martins and in front of Providence Place. Christy is my hairdresser and she is so really good! Young and fun and her own hair is cut in a current style!

I go to Charisma Hair Studio in Waynesboro. They have great prices and are very up-to-date with the latest styles.

Check out their website www.charismahairstudio.net

Forget Ship Shape! The turnover with the stylists is too much and the atmosphere is noisy and crappy. I know, I was a client.

Go to Shear Delite on Scotland Rd in Chambersburg, near Menno Haven. A couple of the best stylists from Ship Shape have gone to the new Shear Delite. It is roomy, quiet, full service, beautifully done, and reasonably priced.

Tell 'em Queenie sent ya. But, then again, they'll never know who the heck that is! Julie, (the only one who I will alow to do my hair) just (in Nov.) snipped off 19 inches of my hair. Of which I sent to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths.

Shear Delite

I ended up going to Bella in Hagerstown it's out near Robinwood. They did a great job and their staff is very well trained in both cuts and coloring. Thanks for all the replies Very Happy I'll look into some of the ones mentioned. Thanks again.

Paul....
Forget Ship Shape. They have gone way past their prime. Their stylists are in and out. Leigh (the owner) is a very nice woman. However, as soon as she gets her girls trained, they leave. It is noisy, tight, bright, and not a very relaxing environment. (I went there for 4 1/2 years and watched it trickle downhill.)

I would still very much suggest Shear Delite on Scotland Rd in Chambersburg Rd. near Menno Haven. It is new. My stylist (Julie) from Ship Shape went over there when it just got too hard to work over there.

Shear Delite has room galore to move around, a quiet atmosphere, great stylists, very reasonable prices, and it's a full service salon. What more could you ask for?

Tell Julie I sent you, your wife will love, love, love her!
