Elijah Wood was good in Sin City, but I would have to agree that he has unmet potential, thus removing the actor moniker.

John Travola....the weight of evidence favors Vinnie Barbarino. Sorry I think he's a movie star.

Val Kilmer?

Movie star.

He never completely shed the skin of Iceman, and any intoxicated California boy can play Jim Morrison.

Since we're on the subject elsewhere:

Heath Ledger

Movie Star

I think he was too young to be said "actor."

Edward Norton

I disagree about Ledger. I think the varieties of the roles that he played demonstrated a touch of his range as an actor.

Ed Norton is hands down an Actor.

James Earl Jones?

Jeff Bridges has been in so many movies that, even though he often plays a straight-laced, works-for-a-living, family man, he was also "The Dude." And you can't beat "The Dude" when it comes to acting versatility.

I remember him in Tron. What a spacey flick!

What about his brother Beau or their departed dad Llyod?

eh...i'd go with movie star. beau's stuff isn't too 'different' role to role. more family icons, i'd say.

natalie portman?

Hot.

Other than that, tough call. Obviously very smart and courageous, but not a lot of range I can see yet.

And she was pretty bed, whoops, hehe, I mean, bad, in Star Wars, but I'm gonna blame Lucas for that.

*blush
