Nice. The first one struck a chord.
D minor, in fact, which I find to be the saddest of all keys... _________________ "The Master would not approve..." |

those 'little dittys' as i refer to them keep cropping up in my art. i used to be realistic w/my painting but have been leaning towards symbolism and minimalsim with my painting style. my printmaking/drawing has stayed realistic tho....ceramics used to be non-fuctional/installation oriented and is lately functional. i think i go in waves.
will post more pix later |

tyvm! i'll post more this week....
these painting are all very small...actually they are about life size on this forum...about 4x4ish....and i have them clustered in my one work space in non-symmetrical groupings. all the colors and symbols are very interesting when grouped together.
i haven't shown my work in a few years. (2?) i should start looking into gallery shows again. i did some oversees and got burned out i think. i feel like my creative juices may be flowing again soon
as my mama says....can't write a masterpiece everyday--sometimes you just need a break.
so i've been working w/my sketchbooks and reading/accumulating info. i like to work like that....gather then pounce |

These were taken last summer. They're a little blurry, because I bumped the camera

Thanks!
Those shots were taken in Chambersburg. All the lightning photos I have from down here are a blue tint. I have no idea why. Same camera settings. |

Yeah, I have some, and also, some storm cloud pictures. The lightning pictures aren't the best...I don't have any fancy equipment or anything, just my little digital camera. There's a setting on it that takes 16 consecutive shots, one every second or so. That's how I get them.
I'll post some of the blue ones later. |

I believe it has to do with atmospheric conditions and the type of pollutants in the air.
