Yah, so, you know I was watching this movie on T.V.
(Oh forget it. I couldn't do a 'Fargo' accent to save my life---The above should've been read in a 'Fargo' accent)
Drop Dead Gorgeous
I don't care if it only got 2 stars, it's a cute movie.
Not laugh out loud funny, but cute enough...better than most.
It was worth it for the parade sequence alone. (If parades were actually like this I'd probably venture out to watch them.)
As I was watching it dawned on me that it could be a C-burg full of funny talkers! (Besides the funny talkers that already live here, of course.)
Oh!! and the Lutheran Sisterhood Gun Club? LAWL
What do I need to do to set up one of those chapters locally??
Speaking of which, I saw the most darling little pink handled 9mm Taurus
And was does not-so-DH do? Steers me over to the .22s 
Just cause he has a plinker doesn't mean I should have to.
Anyways,
Would anyone else like to suggest a lovely comedy?
(P.O. staff, I don't suppose ya'll could edge those existing movie and telly threads over this way could you?)

YaY!!
I heart them.
Why, yes, they are pretty juvenile, some stuff is srsly low brow, but the skits that work, work really well.

I'm not much on sweet romantic comedies, but one time I was forced to watch "Elizabethtown" and I had to admit it wasn't completely awful.
Alec Baldwin as the CEO of the athletic shoe company was particularly amusing.
