Imagine a young brilliant man. Imagine this man heads off to a foreign country to attend college. He was known as the best and brightest in his homeland. This young man has no father any longer. His mother died under mysterious circumstances.

The youth persevered and got to come to the United States and further his education. Then he gets the worst college roommate ever. His roommate is a tattletale. His roommate is a know-it-all. His roommate has the social skills of a rock. His roommate is Reed Richards. That youth was Victor Von Doom.

Many people should be able to relate with Victor. They went off to school with the best of intentions, only to be saddled with a horrible roommate. Poor Victor is roomed with the one person on Earth that may be (MAY BE) smarter than him. That must have been devastating, being compared to his roommate by all of their professors.

"Nice work, Vic, but Reed got more than 100% because he reinvented the math we used."

Doom came form a small Eastern European Nation, under the shadow of Communism. Was his intelligence rewarded? No, he was unfairly compared to Richards.

Imagine Vic trying to bring a girl back to the room and Reed has opened a gate to the Negative Zone.

How is a youth supposed to develop social skills when Blastaar can be in your room at any given time.

I wonder who told the RA every time Vic had beer in the room.

Also it is a misconception that Doom's face was scarred in an experiment. That's Richards' side of the story. It actually was Reed destroying their Microfirdge trying to make a time platform.

Reed Richards is responsible for creating Doctor Doom.

Saw this and thought of you.

Quote:
Jack Kirby and Stan Lee Parody themselves
It's rare for a publisher to allow a parody of its own characters, and unheard of for the creator himself to get the opportunity to make fun of his own creation. But back in the late sixties, the powers that be at Marvel didn't take themselves quite so seriously. Here we have the unthinkable... Jack Kirby and Stan Lee doing a parody of their own Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer comics!

A little known Dr. Doom fact.

He had a great collection of Kiss bootlegs. Reed Richards threw them into an incinerator, because they were "illegal" to own.

Richards would probably put a gate to the negative zone for like 5$. Idiot. He is so out of touch with reality. I bet you the reason everyone in the negative zone is so angry all the time, is because to avoid sewer taxes, Richard's hooked the Baxter building's refuse system into the negative zone.

If I were Blastaar and keep having the Thing dumping onto my world with reckless abandon, I would shoot energy out of my hands too!
