I guess they are the 10th (or 15th?) network to air the hilariously English dubbed "Most Extreme Elimination Challenge" (or MXC). Not to mention "Ninja Warrior" or whatever that ridiculous American Gladiators on steroid show is.
I can hardly stand to watch "Cheaters." Like "Cops" (which G4 also airs as far as I know) it simply perpetuates how stupid and redneck our country is. Thanks G4 <sarcastic thumbs up>
Regardless, a guilty-pleasure certainly exists.
That said, I sometimes have the privilege of coming home on my lunch break, which leads me to realize that there is nothing on TV worth watching at the noon hour... except Blind Date.
I used to watch this show at 3:00 AM with friends in college after a late night drinking binge. It's absolutely over-the-top hilarious. I like it because it's a reality show without pretending its reality. Its so awesomely bad, that I can't stop watching. So perhaps that's how some people feel about "Cheaters."
That said, I always enjoyed late night showing of MaxEx. |

Max Ex is my all time favorite with it's snarky narrator (who sounds a great deal like the Cheaters narrator.)
My addictions come in phases, for a few weeks I watch Cheaters then I get bored and find something else or don't find anything else and just stare at the wall or play Travian and Zelda at the same time. the maybe I go back to Cheaters...lately I have TiVo'd People's Court and let them run while I play Travian, Neopets and Zelda.
I know, it's a tough, thrilling life. _________________ I demand euphoria! |

We bought the Xbox 360 and H. has tons of hours into Oblivion. I've been loving to watch.
I'd like to have a Wii, but if I had to make a choice, I'd go Xbox.
The games are more adult themed, more varied (no offense, Cookie) and less happy, happy joy, joy saccharin crammed down your throat. Not to say Wii doesn't have good games, but I think Xbox has more good games.
I still want to get a Wii eventually, (and a PS3) but I'm happpy with the choice we made. _________________ I demand euphoria! |

I would like to see repeats of the People's Court with Wapner and Doug Louellen. _________________ The Anti-Life Equation= Loneliness + Alienation + Fear + Despair + Self-worth / Mockery / Condemnation / Misunderstanding x Guiltx Shame x Failure x Judgment; N=Y Where Y=Hope and N=Folly, Love = Lies, Life = Death, Self = Dark Side |

My friend Mr. Milk told me it was a great show, if the rerun it, hollar so I can catch up. |
Not sure about reruns, but if you happen to have on demand it is under tv entertainment>AMC. |

Well the third (?) episode of the new season of Top Chef aired last night (Wed) and even tho' I'm not yet into as much as the seasons past, I did get a kick out of the first group to serve lighting a block of wood on fire and holding pieces of salmon over it to smoke it!
Yes, I realize that's how you smoke, but that was so primitive compared to all the other things they play with in those kitchens! _________________ I demand euphoria! |

The Colbert Report and Project Runway both won a Peabody Award.
Even though I got a kick out of the recipients, I still hope the University of Georgia implodes. And something painful happens to the entire football team. Stupid 'bulldawgs' give real bulldogs a bad name. _________________ I demand euphoria! |

I loved that show!!!
Now when I think of it, I see Dustin Hoffman saying "Judge Wapner, Judger Wapner, 4:00, 4:00."
I miss Judge Wapner and Rusty Burell (R.I.P.). They were the best! I do like Judge Milian, however. She is a heckova lot better that Judge Sheindlin (not Judy) and Judge Koch (was he really ever a judge anyway?) I like her little Cuban flair to things. Much like Judge Judy's New York "Jewish Mom" flair. They both have chutzpah. I don't know if either one is Jewish! |
