And based on that story, neither will I.

I thought Crazy Horse handed out cards to people (instead of those vibrating coasters) with ridiculous western themed names on them like Pocahontas and Davy Crockett. Were they just not given one, or was there card never called?

Funny since "Crazy Horse" may or may not be a slightly controversial name in and of itself since Crazy Horse actually fought against the US government during the Great Sioux War of 1876 and defeated Custer at the Battle of Little Bighorn. I just find it amazingly ironic that a business called Crazy Horse would have some sort of prejudice against non-Americans.

Crazy Horse is the man in Shipp with the purple house and wears goggles

I thought that was Crazy Jack. I have a picture of his house at home somewhere...I'll try to remember to post it later.

Nope, my best friend lived beside Valley Pride Bakery right by him, he is known as Crazy Horse

I remember him referred to Crazy Jack too, as well as "Goggles Man."

Understandable, since no one knew what he was yelling at them outside the post office.

He would always walk around with a large pipe wrapped in duct tape.

That reminds me of a Psych teacher I had. She said when she got old she was going to buy a house in the middle of Atlanta, stand out on her porch in the morning naked and wave at people driving to work.
It was her theory that old people can be as eccentric as the want and get away with just about anything (besides stealing cat food) with a free pass, just because they're old.

As for Crazy Horse, these incidents happened in 2003, I don't remember ever receiving a card when I went, just talking to the hostess and standing by the bear or indian totem for no more than five minutes.
I did ask them if the hostess knew they were there (I didn't want to believe it at first, I wanted to think it was merely oversite or an honest mistake on a busy night)
They assured me that they spoke to the hostess numerous times, both instances and arrived to be seated around 5 p.m. once on a Friday and the second time during the middle of the week.
I still remember the look on my friend's face as she told me about what had happened. He (the husband) wouldn't talk about it with me, just got up and quickly walked out of the room.
She wondered out loud if it was because he is Hispanic or because he was a Hispanic with a white woman. (Do you know they sometimes get treated harshly at Mexican restaurants because he is a 'sell-out'? I was aware of similar hostility against black/white couples, but this news actually surprised me--looking back, I don't know why.)

For the information of anyone who travels, there's a few Crazy Horse's in Georgia too, but they're all strip clubs. (Honestly, honey, I thought it was a steakhouse!!)

I no longer have my picture of Crazy Jack's house, but I did a search and found this:

http://jizlet.deviantart.com/art/quot-Goggle-Man-quot-31293355

If you click on the picture, it's pretty large with good detail.

Wow, that's a creepy picture. The house painted completely black; even the windows. The front lawn looks like it had asphalt dumped all over it and that some of it is painted orange.

There's also a short youtube video from some local yokel.... the least he could have done was slow down a little. People are seriously scared of this dude. I remember stopped the car right out from the first time I drove by just to check it out.

Well, you got me. That was certainly the politically incorrect term to use on my part. I think you know what i mean, but that doesn't really justify it. I suppose I should have said "minority" or "non-white" but maybe that isn't so far off from how people feel. That anyone, even Native Americans and legal Hispanic citizens, somehow don't belong here and are non-American. Heck, during McCarthyism, Americans were considered UnAmerican.

I've seen ignorance run deeper than that, so it's not so much a stretch.

But, to answer your question, that is most certainly not what I'm saying and if you've read some of my thoughts on the matters of race and equality, I think that would be pretty clear.
