I thought that was Crazy Jack. I have a picture of his house at home somewhere...I'll try to remember to post it later.

I remember him referred to Crazy Jack too, as well as "Goggles Man."

Understandable, since no one knew what he was yelling at them outside the post office.

He would always walk around with a large pipe wrapped in duct tape.

That reminds me of a Psych teacher I had. She said when she got old she was going to buy a house in the middle of Atlanta, stand out on her porch in the morning naked and wave at people driving to work.
It was her theory that old people can be as eccentric as the want and get away with just about anything (besides stealing cat food) with a free pass, just because they're old.

As for Crazy Horse, these incidents happened in 2003, I don't remember ever receiving a card when I went, just talking to the hostess and standing by the bear or indian totem for no more than five minutes.
I did ask them if the hostess knew they were there (I didn't want to believe it at first, I wanted to think it was merely oversite or an honest mistake on a busy night)
They assured me that they spoke to the hostess numerous times, both instances and arrived to be seated around 5 p.m. once on a Friday and the second time during the middle of the week.
I still remember the look on my friend's face as she told me about what had happened. He (the husband) wouldn't talk about it with me, just got up and quickly walked out of the room.
She wondered out loud if it was because he is Hispanic or because he was a Hispanic with a white woman. (Do you know they sometimes get treated harshly at Mexican restaurants because he is a 'sell-out'? I was aware of similar hostility against black/white couples, but this news actually surprised me--looking back, I don't know why.)

For the information of anyone who travels, there's a few Crazy Horse's in Georgia too, but they're all strip clubs. (Honestly, honey, I thought it was a steakhouse!!)

Wow, that's a creepy picture. The house painted completely black; even the windows. The front lawn looks like it had asphalt dumped all over it and that some of it is painted orange.

There's also a short youtube video from some local yokel.... the least he could have done was slow down a little. People are seriously scared of this dude. I remember stopped the car right out from the first time I drove by just to check it out.
