Clearly torgo; no God-fearing American is going to put raw fish in their mouth (despite the fact that not all sushi is raw fish that it's all perfectly safe and delicious).
Obviously it won't be just a sushi place; I doubt there's room for hibachi's there, but I'm hoping it will serve Japanese dinners like House of Kobe in Hagerstown (which is always crowded on weekends).
Not to take anything away from the Ginger House, but that's more of a Chinese/Japanese take-out place with sit-down service and sushi.
We could have a sushi discussion to dispel any myths people might have, but the fact is that in many places, people are far less open to trying new things (especially presumably scary things likes sushi). That's also a reflection of age; the older you get, the far less likely you are to try new things in general... not just food, but your tastes in music and movies have also been solidified. But, that's pretty much the norm all over the country.
It takes an impressive individual to travel outside their comfort zone around here (and even more so to enjoy it). |

| Oh delicious eel... I actually have a bit of a texture issue with it. I think it depends on how it's prepared though. |
